Key qualifications include:
- 10+ years of experience in building scalable applications with Java, Spring Boot, React.js (Redux/hooks), microservices, REST APIs, Docker/K8s, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Ability to join agile teams to develop backend services, responsive UIs, optimize APIs, and handle CI/CD with Git/Jenkins.
Preferred skills:
- AWS/Azure, JUnit/Jest, DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are a must.
