Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned, hands-on professional with strong client-facing experience and the ability to independently manage functional support activities.

- Lead and support Oracle Cloud ORC module implementations and enhancements.
- Act as a functional SME for Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Handle client interactions, gather requirements, and provide functional solutions.
- Manage and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ORC module.
- Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder communication.
- Experience managing incidents, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM processes and configurations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
