ROLE SUMMARY
The Solution Architect Reinsurance will be responsible for designing and developing APIs and Integrations using the .Net 8+ framework. Frontend development experience with React and Angular is a definite plus. This role requires a strong foundation in programming, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The .Net Developer will contribute to building high-quality and innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure APIs and Integrations using the .Net framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest .Net technologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Assist in the integration of third-party systems and APIs as required.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and successful project delivery.
• Maintain GIT repositories hosted on Azure DevOps services.

• Minimum of 15 of experience in .Net application development. Experience with both front-end and back-end development is a plus.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, and .Net *8 frameworks.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns such as dependency injection and service repository patterns.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML & CSS3. JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Strong understanding with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Azure experience is required.
