Job Description
As a Workday Finance Functional Consultant, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Financial Management solutions. You will bridge the gap between finance business needs and technology, ensuring that financial processes are streamlined and aligned with industry best practices

- Experience: 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials or similar ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems; MBA or CA/CPA is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of financial accounting fundamentals and business process frameworks (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
- Certifications: Current Workday Financial Management Core certification is often required for implementation roles.
- Soft Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills to facilitate workshops and influence decision-making.
