Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Lead (ServiceMax exp)
Location: Remote, USA
Job Description:
- 8+ yr Salesforce Experience, Development, and delivery of integrated service solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA.
- Salesforce Service Cloud developer with strong experience with apex, platform events, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, security model, RESTful APIs, and declarative tools.
- Must be well versed with apex best practices and application performance tuning.
- Should have experience with front end languages and backend tools for web engineering such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
- This person will be working on technical issue affecting org health, should be expert in analyzing the issue, identify the root cause, and fix as well. Must be hands on.
- This person would mostly work with minimal supervision.
- ServiceMax experience will be preferred
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills required
- Must have worked in agile projects and have used Jira or any other ALM tools for SDLC
