A leading technology company is currently hiring a Senior Data Analyst & Pipeline Engineer for a full-time W-2 contingent role supporting large-scale data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting initiatives in Menlo Park, California.

Role Details
• Position Type: Full-time W-2 contingent role
• Location: Menlo Park, CA (onsite)
• Compensation: $65–$90 USD per hour
• Work Type: Long-term enterprise contract through employer of record

What the role involves
This role focuses on building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, automating reporting workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams with reliable data infrastructure and insights.

Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with growth marketers, program managers, and analytics teams to define data and reporting requirements
• Designing, building, and maintaining automated dashboards, reporting systems, and recurring analysis
• Building and optimizing ETL pipelines to support marketing campaigns at scale and automate campaign reporting
• Writing high-quality SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis across multiple database systems
• Identifying and resolving data integrity, accuracy, and reporting issues across dashboards and infrastructure
• Supporting large-scale data processing workflows involving millions of rows and multiple data sources

Who they are looking for
• 5+ years of experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, or similar)
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines
• Experience building and operating distributed systems for large-scale data extraction, ingestion, and processing
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar
• Hands-on experience with Python and R
• Strong ability to work independently in fast-changing, cross-functional environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications
• Proven experience building large-scale data pipelines that handle millions of rows
• Ability to guide teams on pipeline best practices
• Experience working in large tech environments or similar high-scale organizations
• Demonstrated project ownership, leadership, and ability to operate independently
