• Experience working with cross-functional teams on business process solutions
• Hands-on expertise in data mining and exploratory analysis (Inventory Management, Shrinkage, Refurb/Manufacturing processes)
• Proven ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
• 4–8 years of experience in BI, reporting, and analytics solution development
• Experience in Supply Chain functions (Planning, Order Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Retail, etc.) preferred
• Strong expertise in Tableau, SAP BOBJ (or similar), SQL, Teradata, Snowflake
• Ability to handle ambiguous requirements and deliver actionable insights
