Job Title: Workday HCM – Advanced Compensation Consultant

Experience: 9+ YearsJob Summary:We are looking for a Workday HCM Advanced Compensation Consultant with strong experience in configuring and managing compensation cycles, merit planning, and bonus structures within Workday.Key Responsibilities: - Configure and support Workday Advanced Compensation module
- Manage compensation cycles (merit, bonus, stock plans)
- Design eligibility rules, guidelines, and budgets
- Configure compensation plans, grades, and packages
- Work with HR and business stakeholders for requirements
- Build reports and dashboards for compensation analysis
- Ensure compliance with company compensation policies
Required Skills: - Strong experience in Workday HCM & Advanced Compensation
- Knowledge of compensation planning, merit cycles, bonus structures
- Experience with business process framework
- Reporting skills in Workday (Advanced/Matrix reports)
- Good understanding of HR processes
