Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize low-latency C++ applications for equity trading and market data processing
Implement containerized microservices architectures to support scalable trading platforms
Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for deployment, orchestration, and service reliability
Work with AWS and Azure cloud environments, integrating high-throughput trading systems with secure, distributed infrastructure
Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready solutions
Ensure performance tuning, fault tolerance, and high availability for mission-critical trading systems
Skills:
Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 or later) for real-time, high-performance applications
Experience in equity trading or other financial market technology (low-latency, order routing, execution systems)
Hands-on expertise with containers, Docker, and Kubernetes for microservices architecture
Solid understanding of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, including networking and security best practices
Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and memory optimization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a production-first, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation
CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code experience
Exposure to high-frequency trading environments or tick-level data systems
