Job Description
Healthcare Domain Experience Mandatory,
Years of Experience - 12+ Years MUST
 
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and proven expertise delivering solutions across multiple modules, including Core, Workplace Service Delivery, Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, Source-to-Pay Operations, and GRC. This role requires strong technical acumen, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering closely with business and project leadership.
 
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of ServiceNow experience, with hands-on technical leadership on enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including Core, WSD, EAM, FSM, Source-to-Pay, and GRC.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), and security model.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data migration.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
