Job Title: SAP Fieldglass Consultant (L3 Support & Enhancements)
Location: Alpharetta, GA OR Remote (EST Only)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors support, integrations, and enhancements.
Required Experience:
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in L2/L3 support and development/enhancements
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SAP Certified preferred)
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Worker, Profile Worker)
- Good to have: Integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central
Key Skills:

Core Responsibilities:
- Own complex incidents, defects, and change requests (L3 support)
- Design and implement configuration changes and enhancements
- Lead integration troubleshooting using SAP CPI
- Analyze and resolve performance and data consistency issues
- Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases
- Act as functional SME and provide solution recommendations
- Lead client calls and ensure effective communication
