Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise WAN, LAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and operational resilience across network environments.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for network modernization and infrastructure upgrades.
• Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions and low-level network designs (LLDs).
• Lead network deployment and migration projects while coordinating with internal teams and managed service providers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking incidents, escalations, and performance issues.
• Configure and support routing, switching, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies across enterprise environments.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including:

  • Network designs
  • Configuration standards
  • Runbooks
  • Operational procedures
  • As-built documentation
• Prepare and review Record of Change (RoC) documentation for network changes.
• Submit and manage ServiceNow change requests with proper implementation and rollback plans.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and best practices for network resilience and risk mitigation.
• Maintain operational artifacts and documentation repositories within SharePoint and support handoff activities to operational support teams.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and recommend continuous improvements.
