True techno-functional role- strong technical ABAP skills
Functional capabilities in SAP QM module
8 Year of experience of ABAP and at least 5 solid years of QM
QM skillsets are the dire/most essential need
They are still in ECC6 with a goal of being in S4/HANA by 2028 ECC 6.0 skills essential
If they have ECC 6.0 + S4/HANA, brownie points
Lead experience, ideal
Manufacturing environment experience, ideal
Agile understanding, ideal
If they have VM and IM experience too, ideal but not essential (brownie points*)
SAP WebDyn Pro (for labeling), ideal but not essential (brownie points*)
Experience itself more important than YOE
