Work with technical and functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve incidents and performance issues.

Support end-to-end application lifecycle management, including operations, deployment, and test management.

Set up dashboards, alerts, notifications, and reporting within Cloud ALM and Solution Manager.

Perform root cause analysis for system issues and provide recommendations for remediation.

Assist in implementation of SAP monitoring best practices and standardized support processes.

Coordinate with infrastructure, BASIS, security, and application teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Support upgrade, migration, and transformation projects involving SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes.

Document technical configurations, operational procedures, and support processes.

Provide knowledge transfer and training to support teams and stakeholders.
