Job Description

• Design and implement enterprise observability and monitoring solutions
• Build AI/ML-based anomaly detection models for proactive issue identification
• Architect monitoring frameworks across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and distributed systems
• Integrate observability tools with incident management and analytics platforms
• Develop dashboards, alerts, predictive analytics, and operational insights
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
• Drive performance optimization, root cause analysis, and operational excellence
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for observability initiatives

• Strong experience in Observability and Monitoring architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based anomaly detection solutions
• Expertise with tools such as:

  • Splunk
  • Grafana
  • Prometheus
  • ELK Stack
  • Dynatrace / Datadog / AppDynamics (preferred)
• Experience with predictive analytics and intelligent alerting
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and DevOps/SRE practices
