Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Order Management (OTC) process design and governance
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and define business requirements
- Develop and maintain Business Process Descriptions (BPDs) and related documentation
- Translate business needs into standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Drive testing strategy and execution (test scenarios, UAT, defect triage, retesting)
- Support training, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare support
- Act as primary liaison between business, IT, and implementation partners globally
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Order-to-Cash / Order Management

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or large ERP transformations

Strong background in process ownership / solution architecture / business process lead roles

Experience with: - Fit-to-standard workshops and requirements gathering
- Process documentation (BPDs or equivalent artifacts)
- End-to-end testing cycles (UAT, defect management, retesting)
- Go-live and hypercare support

Strong stakeholder management and global rollout experience
