Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end Order Management (OTC) process design and governance
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and define business requirements
  • Develop and maintain Business Process Descriptions (BPDs) and related documentation
  • Translate business needs into standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions
  • Drive testing strategy and execution (test scenarios, UAT, defect triage, retesting)
  • Support training, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare support
  • Act as primary liaison between business, IT, and implementation partners globally
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Order-to-Cash / Order Management
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or large ERP transformations
  • Strong background in process ownership / solution architecture / business process lead roles
  • Experience with:
    • Fit-to-standard workshops and requirements gathering
    • Process documentation (BPDs or equivalent artifacts)
    • End-to-end testing cycles (UAT, defect management, retesting)
    • Go-live and hypercare support
  • Strong stakeholder management and global rollout experience
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presence
