Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP MM processes including:
- Procurement
- Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Vendor Management
- Material Valuation
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support integration activities between SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP PLM modules.
- Manage and maintain master data including:
- Material Master
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Routings
- Purchasing Info Records
- Vendor Master Data
- Support end-to-end procurement and manufacturing business processes.
- Participate in SAP project activities including:
- Requirement gathering
- System configuration
- SIT/UAT testing
- Defect resolution
- Go-live support
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot day-to-day SAP functional issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
- Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and support procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and support.
- Good exposure to SAP PP and SAP PLM integration processes.
- Experience working in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- Procurement Lifecycle
- Inventory Management
- Production Planning Integration
- Material Master & BOM Management
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment is preferred.
- Ability to work with business users and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience in testing, defect tracking, and production support activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
