Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce applications and enhancements
- Perform defect analysis, troubleshooting, and implement code fixes and enhancements
- Configure Salesforce workflows, automations, and business rules to meet evolving requirements
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes/triggers, Flows, and Aura components
- Work extensively with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions
- Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and web services
- Implement and support authentication mechanisms such as OAuth
- Conduct system performance testing, tuning, and optimization for scalability and reliability
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning and reviews
- Review and validate vendor or partner-developed code for quality and compliance
- Diagnose and resolve production and non-production platform issues
- Maintain source control and CI/CD pipelines using Git-based tools (e.g., Bitbucket)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall software development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Experience with JavaScript, Web Services, OAuth, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and Git-based version control
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
