Key Skills:
- 8-10 years backend/infrastructure engineering.
- Strong coding in Python / Go.
- Deep Kubernetes (clusters, networking, operators).
- Distributed systems & cloud-native design.
- AWS / GCP (compute, storage, IAM, networking).
- CI/CD, Terraform (IaC).
- Experience with AI integrations / agent frameworks (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
- Build & scale backend/platform infrastructure.
- Design distributed & cloud-native services.
- Own Kubernetes platform end-to-end.
- Drive code quality, automation & CI/CD.
- Collaborate with Product, AI & Security teams.
Nice to Have:
- Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Multi-cloud / hybrid infra.
- API/AI gateways, policy frameworks.
