Configure and optimize: Technical objects, Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Returns and Repair Process, Resource Related Billing (RRB), Notifications, Pricing and Billing.

Exposure to Fiori-based applications and UI in S/4 Service

Strong knowledge of integration with SD/MM modules

Experience in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect management

Ability to create functional specs and work with technical teams
