Job Description
SAP CS Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS (Customer Service module)
  • Proven expertise in S/4HANA Service / Service Management
  • Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP CS
  • Configure and optimize: Technical objects, Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Returns and Repair Process, Resource Related Billing (RRB), Notifications, Pricing and Billing.
  • Exposure to Fiori-based applications and UI in S/4 Service
  • Strong knowledge of integration with SD/MM modules
  • Experience in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect management
  • Ability to create functional specs and work with technical teams
