The SAP BTP Lead will provide technical leadership and handson expertise in designing building and delivering enterprise grade applications on SAP BTP using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model RAP

Proven experience building OData V4 services Experience consuming
OData services using Fiori Elements and SAPUI5SAP BTP Integration Integration with SAP S4HANA and SAP ECC SAP Cloud Integration CPI API Management Event Mesh and Destination Service Identity and Access Services IASIPS Cloudnative design principles and multitenant architecture on SAP BTPDevelopment DevOps Experience with gCTS or ABAP Git Strong debugging performance tuning and production support skillsLeadership
Delivery Responsibilities Task planning assignment and sprint execution Code quality enforcement and peer reviews Technical governance and design authority Conduct regular 11s coaching and performance support Build team capability in RAP BTP services integration and cloudnative ABAP Set and enforce development standards and quality gates Foster engineering culture focused on accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
