Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and application issues.

Strong experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Hands-on experience with Genesys CTI / Genesys Cloud / Contact Center integrations.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and middleware technologies.
Knowledge of SAP extension development and cloud-native applications.
Experience with REST/SOAP services, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
Experience working in cloud environments.
SAP BTP or related SAP certifications are a plus.
