Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform, strong ITSM/ITOM knowledge, and experience driving scalable digital workflow transformations.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
  • Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and custom applications.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Architect integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
  • Establish platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to developers and administrators.
  • Drive platform upgrades, performance optimization, security compliance, and technical debt reduction.
  • Support CMDB strategy, Discovery implementation, and data governance initiatives.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and project planning activities.
Qualifications
  • ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead ServiceNow Consultant.
  • Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, domain separation, and platform governance.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
