Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Integrations.

Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, domain separation, and platform governance.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA certifications preferred.
