Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
- Implement and support Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
- Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities across environments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Work on AI-driven Salesforce initiatives, including Agentforce-related integrations and automation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Proficiency in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- SOQL/SOSL
- Visualforce (as applicable)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems (Git, Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agentforce, Salesforce AI, or Agentic AI capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AI/ML platforms or conversational AI solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
