Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical vision, architecture, governance, and integration strategy across a complex Salesforce ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary technical authority responsible for designing scalable enterprise solutions spanning Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep Salesforce architecture expertise combined with strong MuleSoft integration experience and the ability to bridge business requirements with enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Architecture & Strategy
- Own the overall technical vision and architecture of the Salesforce platform.
- Design scalable enterprise solutions across Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, and platform guardrails.
- Review and approve solution designs created by developers and administrators.
- Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and technical debt management.
- Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical teams.
Enterprise Integration Architecture
- Design Salesforce integrations with external systems including ERP platforms, banking applications, third-party systems, and enterprise APIs.
- Define enterprise integration patterns and API strategies.
- Establish API governance and lifecycle management standards.
- Lead architecture decisions for data exchange, synchronization, security, and performance.
MuleSoft Solution Architecture
- Design and document enterprise integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Define integration patterns, data mappings, and error-handling frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
- Lead the development and implementation of MuleSoft APIs, Mule Flows, and connectors.
- Develop RAML definitions and API specifications.
- Deploy and manage solutions on CloudHub.
- Monitor and maintain API performance, reliability, and scalability.
DevOps, Governance & Release Management
- Establish CI/CD standards and deployment strategies.
- Define release management and environment governance processes.
- Ensure architecture compliance, platform health, and operational excellence.
- Implement best practices for version control, automated deployments, and quality assurance.
