Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of the Workday Scheduling module.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Scheduling solutions.
- 7+ years of Workday experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Scheduling.
- Configure and maintain:
- Work Schedules
- Shift Patterns
- Shift Assignments
- Staffing Models
- Rotation Schedules
- Work closely with Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, and HCM teams to ensure end-to-end workforce management processes.
Required Certifications.
- Workday Scheduling Certification.
