- Experience evaluating build-versus-buy options, commercial products, integration approaches, and implementation alternatives, including identifying trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and recommended paths forward.
Solution Delivery & Execution
- Skilled in driving solution development efforts from early discovery through implementation planning, ensuring momentum, coordination, and execution across stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proven ability to move initiatives forward by facilitating technical discussions, resolving blockers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment between business objectives and delivery teams.
