Job Description
Are you a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in SaaS platforms, API integrations, and enterprise workflows? This is not a traditional System Administrator role — we’re seeking a Senior Technical Platform Lead to own platform architecture, integrations, and vendor engagement across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical owner for enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations.
Evaluate and challenge vendor-provided technical solutions.
Design and troubleshoot REST API integrations and JSON schemas.
Lead enterprise authentication flows (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Translate business workflows into scalable integration architectures.
Guide internal admin teams toward greater self-sufficiency.
Partner with vendors, engineering, security, and business stakeholders.
Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and compliance alignment.
Preferred Experience:
iCertis CLM, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
Strong SaaS platform architecture and workflow automation background.
Experience in highly regulated enterprise environments.
Proven ability to lead onsite cross-functional technical initiatives.
This is a strategic technical leadership role with high visibility, requiring onsite presence to guide multiple teams and ensure enterprise-wide success.
