Job Description
7+ years of Salesforce Development and Administration experience
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and software projects
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on Apex development experience
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications such as DocuSign, Conga, Slack, etc.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Exposure to AI technologies such as Salesforce Einstein, Gemini, Claude, or similar is preferred
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and software projects

• Lead code reviews, development standards, and project delivery efforts
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications
• Drive continuous platform improvements and innovation initiatives
• Lead Salesforce development initiatives across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
