Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce Service cloud Voice (SCV) for customer service operations on Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project leadership and deep technical expertise in Service Cloud and SVC, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business outcomes and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams and if required, salesforce team
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects
- Remove blockers and ensure team productivity
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes
- Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance
- Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Maintain documentation for solution design and processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations preferably with SCV
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills
- Familiarity with Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Education Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science or other related field
- Years of Experience: 5 years
