Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce platforms, business process analysis, and stakeholder management in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into Salesforce-based solutions and user stories
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze and optimize business processes related to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce applications
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Create process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and training materials
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions
• Monitor project progress and support change management initiatives
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Understanding of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party application connectivity is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification
• Experience working in healthcare, banking, or enterprise environments
• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, or Einstein tools
• Understanding of UAT, QA processes, and release management
