Job Description
Project Manager – Change Management with Oracle ERP
Must Have:
· Strong experience in Project Manager – Change Management
· Experience working on Oracle ERP implementations
· Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion
· Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs
· Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
· Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
· Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels
· Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
· Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams
· Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)
· Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery
· Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle
· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
· Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model)
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
· Experience in organizational transformation / digital transformation projects
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· Strong analytical and reporting skills
