- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Integrations
- Basic experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with enterprise middleware platforms
- Strong understanding of asynchronous processing and event-driven architecture
- Experience with API design and API management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization techniques
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Bulk APIs
- Streaming APIs
- Experience building and maintaining:
- Apex REST Services
- Platform Events
- Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Salesforce Connect integrations
- Experience developing asynchronous integrations using:
- Queueable Apex
- Batch Apex
- Future Methods
- Platform Events
- Experience integrating Salesforce with:
- ERP
- HRMS
- Finance systems
- Marketing Automation platforms
- Data Warehouses
- Third-party applications
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce integrations
- Create and maintain process flows
- Mentor client project team members and provide knowledge transfer
- Participate in project deliverables as a primary, co-, or contributing author
- Support data conversion and data maintenance activities
- Recommend best practices and industry-specific solutions
- Provide out-of-the-box solution alternatives where appropriate
- Deliver technical leadership along with hands-on development/configuration
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned
