UI/UX Designer (Ecommerce / Payments)
Must-Have Skills
- Ecommerce & Transactional UX
- Experience designing checkout, payment, and transaction flows
- Focus on conversion optimization, error reduction, and usability
- Design Systems & Frameworks
- Hands-on with Microsoft Fluent UI
- Exposure to React / Angular component-based design
- Accessibility
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive UI
- Design Tools
- Expert in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems)
- Exposure to tools like Miro / Adobe Suite is a plus
- User Research & Validation
- Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user research
- Data-driven design decision making
Experience Required
- 5+ years in UI/UX design (web/mobile)
- Proven experience delivering user-centered digital products
- Strong collaboration with Product Managers & Engineers
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Good to Have
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications
- Knowledge of responsive/adaptive design, localization, and performance
- Exposure to developer-facing / API-driven products
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design ownership
