Job Description
Seeking a Senior Workday Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Workday Learning. The candidate will partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, support enhancements, and improve HR business processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Act as SME for Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Learning, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
Configure business processes, reports, dashboards, security roles, and calculated fields.
Support Workday implementations, enhancements, testing, and production support.
Conduct workshops, solution discussions, UAT, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and system changes.
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Support Workday releases and end-user training.
 
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Analyst experience with Workday applications.
Strong functional expertise in:
Workday Core HCM
Payroll
Workday Learning
Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence
Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
Experience with requirement gathering, testing, and stakeholder management.
Experience supporting Workday implementations and production environments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday certifications in HCM, Payroll, or Learning.
Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
