Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementation, architecture, configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM greenfield implementations.
- Strong experience leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Ability to define scalable architecture and technical designs for IRM implementations.
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
- Experience participating in architecture reviews and providing recommendations for platform optimization.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Authority Documents and Control Frameworks
- Experience designing risk scoring methodologies and automated risk calculations.
- Experience configuring risk assessments, control testing, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Experience designing integrations with Archer and other enterprise tools.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations where IntegrationHub spokes are not available.
- Experience designing API-led integrations, MID Server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
- Ability to create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
- Strong knowledge of:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Flow Designer
- REST/SOAP Integrations
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) certification required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow IRM architecture, design, development, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand risk, compliance, and regulatory needs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules based on business requirements.
- Develop scalable solutions following ServiceNow platform standards and governance guidelines.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Build automation workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support risk and compliance visibility.
- Perform platform optimization and recommend best practices.
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow IRM implementations.
- Excellent understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and governance processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
