Job Description
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong SQL expertise (10-12 years) to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with expertise in designing databases and developing RESTful APIs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in C# and .NET Core
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with T-SQL or PL/SQL
- Hands-on experience in database design and development
- Experience creating and modifying:
- Tables
- Views
- Indexes
- Constraints
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful Web APIs
- Knowledge of relational databases such as:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into efficient database and application solutions
- Experience writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core
- Build scalable and secure RESTful Web APIs
- Design and optimize SQL databases and database objects
- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts
- Troubleshoot application and database issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
