Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OpenText Documentum Developer with strong expertise in Documentum xCP, DFC, Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs to develop, support, and modernize enterprise content management solutions. Its a Full-time position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Documentum administration, workflow development, repository management, data migration, and enterprise integrations while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Develop and customize OpenText Documentum xCP applications, workflows, forms, and business objects.
Manage Documentum Content Server, DFC, DQL, DFS/REST Services, repository administration, and integrations.
Perform Documentum administration including installation, upgrades, migrations, patching, repository maintenance, user/group management, and job monitoring.
Lead data migration initiatives, including data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and post-migration support.
Configure and support OTDS and SSO implementations using SAML, OAuth, or other enterprise authentication mechanisms.
Troubleshoot SQL Server and PostgreSQL performance issues, optimize queries, and analyze data.
Investigate and resolve production issues through application, server, database, and Documentum log analysis.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
Work with CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
Apply cloud-native development practices and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
Qualifications
Strong experience with OpenText Documentum platform and Documentum xCP development.
Hands-on expertise in Java development using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
Experience with repository administration, enterprise content management, and workflow automation.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Strong database experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
Experience with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or AWS Kiro is a plus.
