Pega System Analyst with experience in analyzing business requirements and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver applications. Skilled in translating business needs into functional specifications, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting the SDLC. Strong knowledge in Pega platform, workflow automation, Agile methodologies and integration with external systems.
1. Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for healthcare claims processing workflows spanning Pega and Facets systems.
2. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows for Pega case design and Facets configuration.
3.Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure solution design aligns with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
