Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Transformation & Data Engineering Lead with deep expertise in IBM DataStage and IBM CloudPak for Data (CP4D) to lead enterprise-scale data integration and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, ETL development, data modeling, and large-scale batch processing environments. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ownership of data transformation solutions that support critical business operations.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications
· 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Integration.
· Strong expertise in IBM DataStage development.
· Hands-on experience with IBM CloudPak for Data (CP4D) Version 4.5.
· Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
· Strong experience with Oracle, DB2 database platforms.
· Strong background in data transformation and data engineering.
· Significant experience with Data Modeling.
· Experience designing and supporting large-scale batch processing environments.
· Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data validation skills.
· Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
· Any Experience with Cockroach or MemSQL is a plus
· Experience with Python-based scripting is a plus
· Knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate is a plus
· Familiarity with CDC (Change Data Capture) technologies.
