Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EDI Analyst with strong expertise in ANSI X12 EDI transactions and hands-on experience working with major retail (Big Box) vendors such as Lowe's, Home Depot, Amazon, Walmart, Target, or similar trading partners. The ideal candidate will support EDI onboarding, transaction monitoring, issue resolution, and integration with ERP/business applications while ensuring seamless B2B communication.
Key Responsibilities
Good experience with Big Box vendors is required, such as Lowe's, HD, Amazon, etc. Good understanding of X12 850, 855, 857, 810, 820 transactions. Lowes, HD, Amazon etc. Good understanding of X12 850, 855, 857, 810, 820 transactions.
Manage and support EDI integrations with retail trading partners and suppliers.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transaction errors and mapping issues.
Work with business users, customers, and trading partners to implement and maintain EDI connections.
Monitor EDI transaction flows and ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound documents.
