Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives across LATAM markets, with a strong focus on Supply Chain, Product Catalog, and Product Data Management. This is a 100% Remote opportunity supporting a global product organization, where you will partner with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale product solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Product Management experience, a strong management consulting background, expertise in supply chain operations, and full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for LATAM supply chain and product data initiatives.
- Define product vision, strategy, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and product requirements.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Business stakeholders.
- Partner with suppliers and LATAM market teams, conducting meetings in Spanish when required.
- Drive product catalog management, product data standardization, and supplier-facing platform enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs, product performance, and delivery milestones while reporting progress to leadership.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve product capabilities.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional, remote environment across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- Strong background in Supply Chain, Product Data, Catalog Management, or related domains.
- Previous experience in Management Consulting with supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Professional experience managing enterprise-scale product roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience writing user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (Required).
- Ability to work U.S. business hours with regular collaboration across LATAM regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise supply chain platforms.
- Exposure to product information management (PIM), catalog systems, or master data management.
- Experience working with LATAM markets and regional business operations.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
