Job Description
We are seeking 20 Principal AI Developers (AI Developer 4 level) to provide technical vision, organizational leadership, and hands‑on development for enterprise‑wide AI initiatives. This role defines and owns the AI technical architecture, leads complex AI transformations, and serves as a trusted subject matter expert to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise AI technical architecture.
- Lead high‑impact AI transformations across the organization.
- Provide technical vision and organizational leadership while remaining hands‑on in coding.
- Establish governance and ethical AI frameworks; set long‑term technical standards.
- Mentor top technical talent and cultivate future AI leaders.
- Anticipate industry trends and guide strategic investment in emerging AI technologies.
- Partner with executive leadership as a trusted subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed AI systems.
- Recognized expertise in AI/ML with enterprise‑scale impact.
- Extensive experience in system architecture, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and strategic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Experience with enterprise AI frameworks, cloud AI platforms, and large‑scale integrations.
- Exposure to AI governance, ethical AI practices, and emerging AI technologies.
- Track record of mentoring senior engineers and building high‑performing AI teams.
