Job Description
Experienced Data Analyst preferably in Learning / Learning Analytics or Digital Subscription domain.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, or Data Visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and SQL.
- Experience with Snowflake and large-scale data technologies such as Hadoop and PySpark.
- Proven experience in BI, Reporting, Analytics, and Data Visualization.
- Experience with Power BI and/or MicroStrategy is a plus.
- Proven business user-facing experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience preparing dashboards, data products, and executive-level presentations.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Skilled in Data Science and GenAI tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
