Job Description
Highly experienced, hands-on AI Engineer to build intelligent agents for AFG’s Inspection Automation initiative. The solution will analyze complex documents, extract relevant information, evaluate findings, and generate accurate, explainable scores.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering multiple production-grade AI solutions
- Deep expertise in RAG, LLM-powered chatbots, document extraction, and custom AI agents
- Experience designing document review, scoring, and decision-support workflows
- Strong knowledge of AI deployment, monitoring, security, and governance
- Ability to produce traceable, explainable, and auditable AI outputs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to train and transfer knowledge to AFG team members
- This is a hands-on contract role requiring both strong technical execution and effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
