Job Description
We're seeking an engineer who has deep experience supporting enterprise OpenShift environments and has hands-on expertise deploying and managing Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RH ACM). This individual will serve as a technical lead responsible for onboarding and managing OpenShift clusters, implementing governance and policy frameworks, developing automation solutions, and helping drive operational readiness across a large-scale multi-site OpenShift platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deploying and configuring Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RH ACM)
- Onboarding and managing multiple OpenShift clusters
- Supporting cluster lifecycle management and governance policies
- Developing and maintaining Ansible automation solutions
- Supporting GitOps operations utilizing OpenShift GitOps and ArgoCD
- Troubleshooting OpenShift platform and infrastructure issues
- Creating technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Collaborating directly with Dell Technologies, UPS stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams
Required experience:
- 5+ years of Red Hat OpenShift administration and support
- 3+ years of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RH ACM)
- Strong Ansible automation experience
- GitOps / ArgoCD experience
- Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills
Preferred experience includes:
- Azure DevOps
- Azure AD / Entra ID integration
- HashiCorp Vault
- OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF)
- Splunk
- Service Mesh
- VMware
- Red Hat/OpenShift certifications
