Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Platform
• Work on Provider Management modules, including provider onboarding, credentialing, and lifecycle management
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development
• Knowledge of Salesforce health cloud, data models and security architecture
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience in healthcare or payer/provider domain
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
