Job Description
WME Data Operations Lead — Patient Engagement Services (Pharma)
We are looking for an experienced WME Data Operations Lead to support a major Pharma / Patient Engagement Services program.
🔑 Key Skills
• 5+ years in Data Operations / Platform Operations / Operational Support
• Strong Salesforce experience — Health Cloud / Service Cloud preferred
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration: Objects, Fields, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules
• Strong SOQL/SOSL troubleshooting experience
• Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud data model experience
• Data quality, governance, monitoring & operational controls
• Incident, issue, change & SLA management
• Pharma / Life Sciences experience, especially Patient Engagement / Patient Support Programs
• Experience with SQL / BI tools and monitoring dashboards
• Experience creating SOPs, runbooks and transition/handover plans
• Strong Salesforce experience — Health Cloud / Service Cloud preferred
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration: Objects, Fields, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules

⭐ Preferred
Salesforce Administrator / Platform Developer certifications, Health Cloud or Data Cloud certification, Informatica/Talend/MuleSoft, and familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR and 21 CFR Part 11.
Looking for someone who can bridge business and technical teams while being hands-on with Salesforce troubleshooting and operational setup.
