Job Description
Senior Engineer – Windows 365 VDI / Citrix
Responsibilities
- Engineer and manage Windows 365 Cloud PC configurations, provisioning, and optimization.
- Design and support Citrix DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, and Citrix Cloud environments.
- Integrate Citrix technologies with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Manage Windows 365 Enterprise/Frontline, provisioning policies, and Cloud PC image management.
- Use Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager for Cloud PC configuration, compliance, and policy management.
- Administer Citrix StoreFront, Workspace App, Cloud Connector, and Citrix Cloud architecture.
- Configure Azure Virtual Networks, hybrid Azure AD/Entra ID join, and Cloud PC network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot VDI, Cloud PC, Citrix, networking, and end-user computing issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure VDI solutions.
Required Experience
- 7+ years in End-User Computing, VDI, or Cloud PC engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on Windows 365 Cloud PC experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, and Citrix Cloud experience.
- Strong expertise in Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Citrix, Azure networking, and hybrid identity.
