Job Description
Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA P2R Business Readiness Lead/Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation and SAP module launches.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of SAP experience
- Strong SAP S/4HANA FI/CO experience
- Expertise in P2R/R2R and financial processes
- Experience with UAT, SIT, testing, training, and change management
- Strong cutover, go-live, and hypercare experience
- Experience with business readiness and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting large SAP implementations and go-lives
- Must be willing to work onsite in Dearborn, MI
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business readiness and go-live activities.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, defects, and business signoff.
- Support training, change management, and user adoption.
- Lead cutover and launch readiness activities.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support go-live and hypercare activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP teams.
